About Me
Making the decision to start therapy can be daunting, but I believe that the therapy process can help you gain a better understanding of your behaviors, relationships and sense of self. I also believe that therapy can help to ease the emotional pain and discomfort that life changes and transitions can stir up. We will collaborate to identify and work through the obstacles standing in your way of a more fulfilled and stronger self.
In my private practice I work with individuals, couples, and families on a wide range of issues including anxiety and depression, stress, family systems, life cycles, developmental concerns, identity and self-esteem, substance abuse, managing behaviors and emotions, LGBTQ, and gender identity.
I am a NYS Licensed Clinical Social Worker having earned my degree from Fordham University in 2006. I am certified to supervise individuals in graduate training. And I am also a member of the National Association of Social Workers.
